Elle aime beaucoup discuter, très patiente elle vous aidera à améliorer votre niveau de langue.
L'appartement est proche de toutes commodités. Vous n'êtes pas très loin de Londres (A peu près 1h avec le High-speed Train) et la campagne du Kent est magnifique."

Easygoing, considerate & house trained professionals and students are welcome.
The bedroom is fully furnished, with double bed, pine wardrobe, table & 2 chairs, chest of drawers, large TV & large mirror.
The sitting room has large LCD TV mounted on the wall , sky box & orange broadband too.
Sitting room, kitchen & bathroom are shared with me.
There is a nice garden if you like to relax there sometimes.
The house is very central for shops and transport, there are some parking places opposite of the house too.
Sports centre with gym & swimming pool is nearby too.
French people are very welcome as in my experience they make brilliant tenants.
I have a young outlook on life but please note that this is quiet house.
I am really sorry but I am not able to rent this room to people with pets, DSS people or couples.
