BEDROOMS
We have 3 large double ensuite rooms to let in our large 6 bed ensuite detached house in the country side of Newingreen near Lympne. The rooms are big and well lit, all furnished to a high standard.
One of the bedrooms has both a separate shower unit and a jacuzzi bath and built-in wardrobes. The other 2 rooms each have a bath with overhead pressured shower.
REST OF HOUSE
The kitchen is large and adjoins a large breakfast room. There is also a DVD player and TV in each of the rooms and internet access via a router to your own laptop.
The house has 2 large living rooms with a common large screen TV. There are also TVs in both the dinning area and in the larger conservatory. This larger conservatory also doubles up as a home-gym area with built in hot-tub. We have a separate conservatory walk way, which is nice to relax in.
The garden is very large (approx 3 acres) and ideal for BBQs, complete with garden furniture and hammocks. The entrance is secured by electronic gates and we have ample secured parking in the grounds.
LOCATION
We are approximately 5 miles from Folkestone, 8 miles from Ashford and 12 miles from Canterbury. The local bus stop is just a 2 minute walk and the railway station is 1 mile with fast access to London through Ashford International station.
There are local shops behind and the nearest large town is Hythe (with large Sainsburys) which is 2. 5 miles away and the seaside too.
APPLICANTS
Please - Only professionals and non smoker need apply. We have 2 lovely dogs and 2 cats so must be a pet lover. The pets are very friendly and a part of this family.
