Friendly, trustworthy, nice house share! (please note its a prof house even though down below says student household-unable to edit this box!). Rent fully inclusive!!! Hi Im Amanda a self employed mortgage & insurance broker, and recently qualfied as a kinesiologist, im keeping fit at mo and juggling life a bit! I'm living here for a short while improving little areas round the house and generally workin a lot. We all get on well & welcome you to view the largest double in the house.

FREE BROADBAND 24 hrs. Always have heating and hot water when we need it.

We're friendly,& trustworthy, we all keep different hours and so have a mixture of having that feeling the house is to yourself and sometimes when we see eachother its great and friendly, we respect each others space too! We've got a communual lounge to chill & eat, and we have all facilities in the kitchen. We have a cycle track that goes to Bath, & City Centre 5 mins from here. And plenty of buses to City Centre. There are plenty of shops & cafes close by too!

If you need a desk or anything other than the double bed and wardrobe, we can arrange this. The room overlooks the garden and is East facing

We have a cleaning rota every week (well one room each a week and we wash up after eating,) so pretty self sufficient really.
