The house is located in a nice and quiet street;

Cleaner once a week for common area. All rooms are large and bright and are also fully furnished with doublebed, wardrobes and drawers. The flat mates are students or young professionals.
Everybody is clean, tidy, sociable and easy-going. The international atmosphere is very nice and allows house mates to share a lot of fun moments, but it also gets quiet when needed in order that everybody can study and relax.
