Hi - I've got a lovely, recently renovated bright and spacious 4-bedroom house on a nice road at the end of Filton Avenue in North Bristol, near the M4/M32 junction. It’s under 10 minutes walk from Airbus etc., and 20 minutes by bus from the Centre, with great free parking both on the street and in a secure area at the back.
The whole house is fully furnished with a new modern décor, including a large new kitchen with a lovely open-plan eating and living area. There is a separate toilet and washroom downstairs, and a big shower/toilet/washroom upstairs with large-head power-shower and all mod cons, gas c/h, etc.
I will be looking for someone to rent a nicely furnished single bedroom, after Charlotte leaves as her contract comes to an end at the end of June. All the bills are paid for, including Council Tax, wireless broadband internet, TV and licence, phone line rental, etc. so that you don't have to set up or pay anything over the basic rent, which is £350 per month.
