Rents are paid weekly at a rate of £87.50 per week for a single room and £105.00 for a double room (that is for one person) this includes wifi, council tax, water, electricity, gas, heating, parking and a shared kitchen that includes dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Guests rooms have a 32” LCD TV and a DVD player and some single rooms have desks. Shops, supermarkets, buses (buses go to Cambridge, Ely, March, Peterborough) doctors, dentists and a library are within walking distance.
