Preferred room and flatmate description

my name is Antonia. I am moving out of my room at the end of december and need to find a lovely person to take it. It is a really nice room, with a double bed, desk and chair. It is a very, very big room - I have a large bookcase, a table,, bed side table and chest of drawers in (not included!) in as well and there is masses of space left over. The room is also double glazed, so its lovely and warm. Downstairs there is a living room with leather sofas and tv. The kitchen is a good size, and has a washing machine, lots of cupboard space and 2 fridge freezers. There is also a laundry room, with lots of space to dry clothes and iron etc. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have showers, so there are never any issues on that front. There is space to hang washing and smoke if you want - as its not permitted in the house. The other 5 people who live here are lovely and a mix of students and young professionals. They are really welcoming and friendly, as well as tidy and considerate. All bills including internet are included in the price of the rent which is an abolute bargain, and removes the hassle, as they land lords sorts it all out. If you are not a student, the landlord also sorts out council tax from the rent.
