Preferred room and flatmate description
Hi guys!
I'm looking for an easy-going, sociable, fun and friendly person to share a beautiful newly-built 2 bed flat in a quiet cul-de-sac. I'm always up for a craic but don't party as much as I'd like to anymore down to shiftwork.. but maybe the grey hairs have something to do with it... ahem....
I'm very easy to live with and I understand people need their own space as do I. I've lived with all kinds of people and I'm very adaptable...though my student days are over and I'm rather house proud, so tidiness is definitely a reason to raise the glass to!!!
All mod-cons inc. washer, FABULOUS 50 inch flatscreen TV, surround sound, super power-shower, internet, etc; Private parking, near to bus-stop, 15 mins direct to Uni/City Centre, 5 mins to shops and short distance to Morrisons.
