If you are looking to live in a friendly, well maintained house share, with like-minded professionals or mature students, close to Newcastle City Centre, here is some general information about the type of property that we can offer you:-
• Our properties are in the Fenham area, to the West of Newcastle and in Heaton which is situated to the East of the City. Both areas are serviced by excellent transport links & amenities - you have all you need on your doorstep.
• All rooms are double, in shared houses, ranging from 5 – 10 bedrooms, with adequate shared amenities.
• All properties are decorated & maintained to a high standard, and inspected on a regular basis, to conform with Government legislation.
• There is 24 hour emergency contact.
• Communal living areas, & external spaces, are cleaned weekly, and include a TV, with Free view, and free Wi-Fi Internet.
• Houses have a good ratio of male and female occupancy, and we do accept couples.
• Our rooms are priced between £300 and £450, payable monthly, in advance.
• Rents payable include all bills (council tax, water, electricity & gas) - so there are no additional hidden costs.
• £100 returnable holding fee, guarantees you a room.
• £100 deposit payable – this is secured in the Deposit Protection Scheme.
• At the time of signing contracts, there is an administration fee payable, and one month’s rent in advance.
£150 - Single Occupancy – Room in a House Share
£200 - Double Occupancy – Room in a House Share
• The minimum term for renting a room is a 6 month, with an option to extend.
