    Friendly terraced three bedroomed house (all double rooms). Very nice double room. Unlimited broadband and SKY TV included. 1.92 miles from the University. Short walk to Town Centre. Very good links to M1 as on South side of Northamptom. Non smoking preferably, but if you smoke, must smoke outside. Garden. SORRY NO COUPLES. £10 per week to be paid in addition per tenant for communal cleaning and gardening services - kitchen, living room areas bathroom and all communal areas cleaned.
