We also have a small spare room availabe for guests to use. Fully modern kitchen, with all the appliances and a newly fitted bathroom. Nice big garden for summer BBQ's. Off road parking is also avaiable and alarm. Well located just off Yew Tree Road (111 bus route) with easy access to Universities and City Centre and 10 min walk to Wilmslow Road.

We fell in love with this house and didn't want to lose such a good bargain. A little about ourselves... we are both professionals however we were also students here so enjoy weekend nights out week nights tend to be cosy nights with a dvd. Danni is a Teacher and I'm a Project Assistant. We are both tidy and friendly girls too. Rent is cheap for such a good house only £233 a month or £58 a week, with bills split between us. We are looking for a female, ideally in her twenties, student or professional is fine. I'll upload some pics of the house when we move in on 31/10/09.
