A Double Room for a student in a 6 bedroomed house on weld road in fallowfield. House is a 2 min walk from ladybarn park, local shops and mauldeth road train station which has regular trains going to the town center. Room is double has fitted wardrobes, mirror,desk, chair and a sink. The house has kitchen/living area all furnished with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with a seperate shower. The room looks over the back garden which is a good size. The other residents are 5 students at man met uni aged between 20 and 23, they are a good laugh and really easy to live with! :)
The rent doesnt include bills but it works out at hardly anything between 6 people! I can get more pictures if you want them, If you are interested let me know
