Hi there, my name is Rob and I am an owner occupier landlord. I have one room becoming available in the middle of may.

The room currently has a single bed in it, although I would be happy to swap this for a double without any problems. The house is located in fairfield, 15 mins bus ride to the town centre. It has all the normal facilities that you would expect from a shared house, including wireless broad band, virgin tv, washing machine etc. All bills (except phone) are included at £55/month, and the deposit is £200

I run my own business and work full time, my other lodger is a student. I am into the outdoors and am often out kayaking/climbing/mountain biking.

Ideally I am looking for a long term (6 months) lodger that will fit in with the friendly atmosphere within the house. Other than this 30 days notice would be all I'd ask for when you decide to move onto pastures new.
