The house benefits from an entrance porch, large hallway with shower w.c, communal lounge with conservatory off, communal dining/kitchen; Upstairs there is a bathroom with a double free standing shower cubicle and corner bath and with seperate w.c. We have recently fitted double glazing. There is gas central heating system. The communal area is furnished and the rooms are unfurnished. There is a substantial rear courtyard and is south facing. I am looking for a professional individual. The weekly rent is to be paid monthly and includes council tax. PLEASE NOTE water rates and other utilities are shared between all tenants . There is parking that would easily fit 4 cars with shuffling. NO PETS or Children please. The landlord will not be living at the property. This is a non smoking house!
