43yr old airline pilot looking for a room in a house or a houseshare with professionals/mature students. I will probably only be working in Exeter Mon-Fri and may have up to a week off duty per month. Require somewhere with an en suite or sole use of a bathroom. Preferably after somewhere close to Exeter airport but am flexible for the right place (up to about 10-15 miles radius from the airport). Would also like some form of allocated parking.
I am "house trained" and after 20 years in the military I am pretty good at cleaning things, being tidy and saluting things. The first two of those may be of interest to a potential landlord, the latter perhaps not so much. Very easy going, laid back, outdoorsy kind of person that likes cats and loves dogs. Won't be out partying due to nature of my job but will be coming back in very late (2am) on occasion.
Due various training courses etc that I have to attend prior to my move to Exeter, my "required from date" has moved to the right considerably. I now expect to require somewhere from the end of April or thereabouts.
