Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi! The room is still availble (a couple of those interested pulled out). I'm away seeing friends, camping, half marathons, etc until the 3rd weekend in Nov, so viewing will most prob have to be weekdays or on a Sunday afternoon. I'll re-join here if I get any messages.

The flat is part of the View146 development. Its a modern spacious flat 15 mins walk to the Limestreet Station, few mins more to city centre. Excellent views and inclusive of a gym and sauna. Bills are inclusive (within reason, with the phone extra (free calls to landlines evenings and weekends). There is laminate flooring, tiled kitchen, carpeted bedrooms.

The bedroom (a bit over 10x11ft) is furnished. Can provide bedding if needed.

I'm 41, busy professional and enjoy life. Cycle (not as much as I'd like), use the gym, just taken up indoor climbing, try to get away away to the hills at least once a month and enjoy the normal going out (gigs, theatre, real ale and clubbing).

I've not been able to edit all the items. The room is a double with a double bed. The flat is non smoking, but smoking on the balcony is not a problem (I may join you once now and then). The parking is shared on site or street, who ever is home 1st.
