I am looking for one student who does not mind shareing in this large victorian 3 storey semi-detached house.The house has a large fitted kitchen, with washing machine, microwave, 2 hobs 1 oven, 3 fridges 1 freezer, dinning/living room with tv and satelite television ( which the students pay for)1 single bedroom available sharing with 1 boy and 5 girls. 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, fully furnished ,full hard wired fire alarm and intruder alarm.It is 15 minutes walk to the city centre 5 minutes by bus. Ideal location for byron st campus. The rent is £50ppp week for the single room which includes Water,Electric,Gas bills.
