Hi, we have a large 10X10 room to rent in a modern detached home available from the now. The house comprises of 4 large bedrooms, a modern kitchen and separate Lounge, a large upstairs bathroom (Bath and power shower included), , large garden and patio area, and a driveway 4 off road parking (for up to 4 cars). The house has double glazing, modern heating (combi boiler) and wireless broadband (virgin media package). The house is non smoking and there are pets.

Apart from that it’s a really friendly and warm home. There are 4 of us at the moment, soon to be 3, and we’re looking for a new housemate. You need to be sociable and someone that doesn’t take themselves too seriously.

The room: roughly 12x10 and will be completely redecorated by the end of the month (new carpets, curtains and paint – neutral colours). Unfurnished, although there may be some furniture if you want it.

Rent: 325pcm included bills (Gas, water, electric, Council tax ).plus broadband and virgin tv package approx£5 per week
