We have a really nice big (6 by 4 metres) furnished room for rent in our flat which is literally just 50 metres from Arnos Grove tube station (Piccadilly Line), so just 15 minutes to Oxford Circus!
The flat has 2 floors with a recently redecorated living/dining room, a modern kitchen, and a bathroom with bath and shower, which are all very spacious, light and clean. We have double glazing, central heating, a washing machine, sky TV, telephone and internet access too. In the same street you have everything you need: a huge park, bakery, supermarkets, swimming pool, pubs, restaurants, chemist, internet cafe, hairdressers, drycleaners, doctor, dentist etc.
We are 1 girl (32) from Holland and 1 guy (31) from Phillipines and we all work in the centre of London. We're looking for a nice girl also from abroad, who would like to join our international home on 10th July and who doesn't mind having a nice chat and a glass of wine in the evening!
The room is available now, the rent is £475, plus £60 bills. The deposit is £475.
