The property is very spacious and has four bedrooms and nice back garden with patio, perfect for summer barbies. There is an en suite shower (which I use) plus a separate bathroom.
Facilities offered are, wifi internet, sky tv, washing machine and dishwasher. I also have a cleaner who turns up every other saturday.
The house is located within 15 minutes walk of enfield lock station and a bus stop serving enfield lock (5mins) is a few minutes from the house. From Enfield Lock, the city of london is accesable in 25 mins Canary Wharf and the West End in 35 mins.
The Lea Valley Country park is just over a bridge at the end of the street. Access to the countryside is seconds away, perfect for cycling enthusiasts.
Im looking for a fellow professional who is clean and tidy (but not obsessive!) and easy to get on with.
