I can offer a large SINGLE room and a DOUBLE fully furnished with a wardrobe side cabinet (all modern), widescreen TV, in a spacious and clean newly decorated bungalow with a large garden and conservatory. The room is bigger than it looks and I have tons of storage space in the attic as well.
There are all mod cons with a large dinning room with modern central heating and wireless broadband (for extra £12 a month or if we get another guest in it is £8).
I am situated 7 mins walk away from New Eltham main line station and it is a 24 mins train journey into central London. There are also major shopping centres nearby supermarkets just around the corner.
The rent is just £90 a week for the single room and £100 a week for the double, with no bills, just a little help toward cleaning stuff.
I'm looking for a friendly perosn, (gay or straight) who is respectful and sociable who will look upon it as home a rather than just a place to stay.
I am very friendly and laid back gay guy and enjoy a stress free environment.
Just out of interest, I'm a history graduate and my interests include, cycling, history, military history,and travel and I love to meet people from other cultures. I have had Germans, Spanish and Canadians and Argentinian guys living here and every one becomes part of the family. If you are into board gamming or miniature wargamming thats a bonus! My musical tastes are varied, but I love contemporary Greek music and classical music etc.
