Impressive accommodation on the outskirts of Chester. 3 double bedrooms available now in spacious house with 3 separate lounges, modern kitchen, drive parking, all modcons, movie experience, pool table and more!!!!

The house is ideally placed for access to motorway networks/A55, Chester, Liverpool and Cheshire Oaks and has plenty of living space spread over 3 floors.

Other than your own double bedroom there are 4 reception rooms, including a 16ft conservatory for you to utilise. In addition there is also a spacious modern kitchen with separate utility (with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer)and bathroom. The house is fully furnished. However, if you wanted to bring your own furniture then this could be accommodated and there is plenty of room in the garage if required.

Two of the lounge areas have big screen TVs and have dvd players for you to enjoy any of the 100+ dvds. There is also an 8 foot pool table!!

There are frequent buses which run to Chester City Centre from the end of the road and trains to Chester or Liverpool from Capenhurst station approximately 1 mile away.

There is adequate drive parking for 3 to 4 cars.

I am a 32 year old professional working in Chester and am very easy to get on with. I enjoy watching and playing football, playing badminton, swimming, watching comedies and films and I would hope that we could all go to the local from time to time as want this to be a relaxed social set-up for everyone involved.
