3rd Floor flat in fairly quiet tenement building, friendly, unobtrusive neighbours
Occasional noise from stadium goers on match days, usually fortnightly (road is police supervised on these days)
Flat is safety checked and fully fitted with smoke/fire alarms.

10 mins to Princess St/ Royal Mile, Waverely Station and Bus station
5 Mins to Holyrood Park, Meadowbank Retail Park, Sainsbury's
