I have 3 lovely double rooms on Gillott Road Edgbaston B16(approx just over a mile from the city). The house is on a quiet tree lined road. The house has 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets & 1 bathroom (with bath, 3rd shower, 3rd toilet & basin). All bath / shower rooms are newly fitted as is the well equipped kitchen. There is also a spacious shared living room and dining room. In addition there is safe off road parking and a low maintenance rear garden with patio area.

Price includes gas, electricity, council tax, water & t. v. licence, cable TV and Internet. There is also a cleaner who takes care of all communal areas.
THE PEOPLE AND ATMOSPHERE
The people are mostly graduates and professionals so have similar working hours. They all met through the house so they're used to new people and give them a warm welcome. Housemates like to do sociable things together such as meal times, cinema, weekend nights out, quiz nights and movie nights in. They keep the place tidy and the cleaner takes care of general cleaning. If you like your own quiet time it's no problem, the house is plenty big enough and unlike modern houses the sound doesn't carry. Because we have several places it’s possible to move to other houses and meet new people to form a wider circle of friends.
