There is a separate kitchen and a living area and fully equipped kitchen. I am very clean and tidy, so am looking for a flatmate with similar qualities. I currently have a female nursing student living with me, but she will be moving out in June when her course finishes to get married. She has lived here for 18mths. All bills are included.
The flat has private parking and is also close to bus stops which take 10 mins to reach the city centre.
