I am currently and fulltime student and also employed who is very relaxed and very easy to get on with. I am ideally looking for a housemate to share for at least 6 months to longer. Someone who is relatively clean and tidy and can be student and/or professional. The room and rent comes inclusive of utilities, Sky TV and high speed broadband Internet. I am looking for a housemate to share this property; a recently refurnished Victorian 3 bedroom with a kitchen and bathroom with side entrance and garden. Located in a very quiet area

The house is ideally located for access to the Five ways/ city centre business/commercial areas and also just minutes away from major university campuses such as Birmingham University, Birmingham City University and Aston University which more located in the heart of the city. The area is also well serviced with transportation and various routes to and from the city centre and beyond and ideally located to shopping such as Asda and Tesco.
