Friendly male or female young professional required to live in a beautiful apartment very close to the city centre.
I have one a room available in a very nice two bedroom apartment in Wards Brewery. The room is fitted with a king-sized bed and fully furnished, with a bathroom to share. The apartment has a large lounge dinner and a very large balcony which looks out on to Ecclesall Road but very very close to the city shops.
It comes with a secure underground car parking space and access to Japanese gardens.
The current flatmate is a young professional who is extremely easy to get on with and a joy to leave with. She is very tidy and laid back.
I am looking for a friendly tenant to share the apartment with her.
