I have a brand new house on ecclesall road, it wil be a 5 bed house sharing with 4 other sociable young professional females. The house has just undergone a full modernisation project.

The rooms available are all fully furnished, all furniture is new including wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers etc

The houses has been fully renovated and modernised to a high standard, solid wood floors downstairs, new carpet in all bedrooms, lovely kitchen and main bathroom, and we have just installed a second toilet/washroom as well.

There is broadband, flatscreen tv and sky plus HD included, new furniture in all rooms, all mod cons etc.

There is loads of living space, also a nice yard at the back recently overhauled and ideal for chilling and bbqing in.

Onstreet Parking is available outside and there are loads of buses if need be...

The area is really lively, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to keep you busy, and a huge park a few hundred metres away.

What are we looking for.... Friendly and sociable housemates, male or female, young professionals (or post grad students) aged between 18-30... We're looking for people who will add something to the dynamic of the house and want more than just a room!

Rents range between £320 to £380 (depending on the size of the room) including all rates and bills - this includes water, gas, electricity, broadband, , full sky HD tv and most importantly council tax!(pretty much everything)
