Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi!

We have a small (but cosy) unfurnished double bedroom available in a 3bed property located just off eccy road.

The house is quite big as it used to be two flats, with 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet room. We also have a spare room - great for any extra storage needs!

Bills are £120 per month on top of the rent and include broadband with sky so total per month would be £305.

You'll be living with 2 professional females (26 and 27) who both moved to Sheffield for Uni. We are social and friendly girls, loving nothing more than a night in with some rubbish tv - as well as going to the pub, gigs, comedy nights and nights out (not on school nights - often!)

We are clean and relatively tidy and like this to be respected in the shared areas of the house and all muck in when it comes to the cleaning!

Ideally it'd be nice to find someone who shares our interests and wants to be more friends than a lodger! If you think this is you then please get in touch!!
