hi have a room in my house to let out, its a good sized double with wardrobe, desk and chest of draws/tallboy. parking is on the street but is on a residential one way crescent so no thru traffic. friendly street. good access to salford quays manchester city centre via metro/train/bus.The train takes 10 mins metro about 30. house has virgin tivo hd and fast wireless bb. i'm the only other resident in house though my partner stays over 3-4 nights a week. looking for tidy friendly person. short term considered and mon-fri reduced rate available. i have worked away so know can be difficult to get places to stay. kitchen has pretty much everything you could want. washng machine & tumble dryer in cellar, south west facing garden at rear (gets sun form 11am onwards) any more info wanted just ask
