Preferred room and flatmate description
Beautiful Large double loft room available in shared house in Greenbank, Easton. To share with two other people in their 30's, a female Social Worker and male Support Worker, who is gay. I own the house with the male.
The room is at the top of the house with its own stairs so away from the two rooms. It is large and fully furnished in a shabby chic style with a king size bed, antique wardrobe, chest of drawers, cupboard and loads of storage in the eaves.
It is a lovely three bedroom house with lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and small garden. Well looked after, spacious with a very arty feel to it with striped floors, roll top bath and nice unique touches.
I am off traveling for 4 months at the end of December until the end of April. It is available from the 4th January for four months (end of April.) Although could be let for up to 6 months if needed.
The rent would be £350 pcm, including all bills, (except landline calls). This includes wireless internet and Virgin TV package. There is also a TV point and TV in the bedroom.
We are also happy to consider someone who only wants it in the week, maybe someone who works in Bristol in the week only. The rent would obviously reflect this and be reduced from that advertised.
The people in the house like to go out at weekends but it is quite chilled in the week and so it would suit a professional chilled out person.
It is a really well looked after tidy house so you will need to be a tidy person!
There is also a cat, George who lives at the house.
