Hey...My names Gemima
Im a 3rd yr primary ed student at Winchester University, going into my 4th yr in September. I currently live with another girl and 2 guys, however they will be graduating this year. I have found one girl from my course to replace one of them, however need 1/2 more housemates still.
The house is in Eastleigh. With space for a car (parking behind the house), the train station is less than a 5 min walk from our front door and the airport is close by too.
The house is at the moment 4 bedrooms, shower room and seperate bath room and lounge. We have a front garden and a back garden with shed (for bikes etc), then rear parking.
Being students yes we do like to have the odd night out, however not looking for someone that wants to party 24/7. The house is also not your typical student mess...do like to keep it clean and tidy! If you smoke that is ok, but you will have to smoke outside
The house is not avaliable untill JUNE, my housemates will not be leaving untill they graduate, which is in June. Please do not contact me if you are looking to move asap as the room will not be avaliable, sorry
