Furnished room with use of lounge & facilities, parking available in quiet street, I live with my 16 yr daughter, who does not make a great deal of noise like most teenagers. Would accept smokers if they smoked outside only. There is a main bus route at the end of our street, and Angmering Station is approx. 15 mins walk. Our house would be your home, must like pets as we do have 4 cats & indoor guinea pigs. Would consider less rent, if you are going to only occupy the room part of any one month or can give help with gardening. l'il add a picture later.
