The flat is non-smoking, but smoking outside on the balcony is fine.

The flat is a 10 minute walk to train station (Hairmyres) and is a 20-30 minute commute into Glasgow by train, bus or car. There is also pubs, shops, take-aways & Hairmyres hospital close by.
