The house is on a quiet, safe street, close to shops with great transport links for Docklands and the city(canary wharf 20mins and central london 35mins away). 3 professional guys live there at the moment. Council tax, tv licence and water rates are included, garden is also tended. I am the landlady, but do not live there. I would like you to look at it as your home. Call me you won't be disappointed.
