The maisonette has a newly fitted, good sized bathroom and a second toilet. The living room is very large, light room with a coffee table, dining table, wide screen TV and a leather sofa. The kitchen is also large and is fully equipped.
There is a bus stop directly outside that goes direct to Islington and to east Finchley station which is only a 10 minute walk. It takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre of London from the station. East Finchley has everything from boutique shops,coffee shops,parks, pubs and a independent cinema The Phoenix.
You will be sharing with James and Christine. James is 28 years old who works as a Civil Engineer in central London. James is fairly active sort of guy who enjoys running and playing squash as well as goings out with friends.
Christine is 28 years old works in Finchley organising training events. Christine enjoys keeping fit,cooking, going to the cinema and going out with friends.
We are both a couple easy to get on with and pretty relaxed.
We are looking for a male/female who is easy going, clean and tidy to share this large space with.
Sadly no pets or students.
Bills are not included and are £65 per month,there is wi-fi and there are no agency fees as it is through a direct landlord.
