Good size kitchen with washer/drier, fridge, separate freezer and the piece de resistance, a dishwasher! The flat has wireless broadband and digital cable TV with Virgin Plus. It's in a lovely leafy and safe area and the building is secure with friendly but quiet neighbours.

There is a good gastro pub (Timeout Gastro Pub of the year 2007) just down the road and another more traditional pub and a couple of restaurants nearby, including an award winning Indian right by the station. There is a good selection of shops including a Tesco Metro and a deli, a few minutes walk away. There is also a beautiful park just ten minutes away with a boating lake and café.

West Dulwich has excellent transport links with trains going to Victoria, Herne Hill & Blackfriars. Trains from Herne Hill go to Kings Cross. A short bus ride takes you to Brixton for the Victoria Line. Other local buses include the 322, 3- which is also a handy night bus and the P13 that goes to East Dulwich.
