Preferred room and flatmate description
Good size double room available in a nice flat with a good location near to town and the beach. I am looking for an easy going, friendly person to rent the other room in my two bed flat. I work full time so you would have your own time and space. I am relaxed, friendly go out a lot and enjoy being with friends. The room is a good size with a double bed, two big double wardrobes and a 4 chest of drawers.
The rent is £400 pcm and thats all bills included.
