Preferred room and flatmate description

Greetings. I am looking for someone to rent my second room as my current flatmate has been forced to move to Australia by his girlfriend.

I live in Earlsfield. If you don't know the area it is a pretty good place to live. Lots of pubs, bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes.

Trains run every 3 minutes to Clapham, Vauxhall (Victoria Line) and Waterloo and it's 1 stop before Wimbledon. It is less than 5 minutes from Wandsworth (cinemas, shopping centre, supermarkets etc). I live less than 2 minutes walk from the station and the high street.

My flat is a modern 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms and an open plan living room/ kitchen.Awesome Sofa. It is south facing with good natural light and overlooks the river Wandle. The room is a double room and I will provide it furnished assuming this is what you want. Secure parking for both a car and bikes can also be provided. Communal garden and secure entrances.

I am an easy going and tidy flatmate looking for someone similar to move in. I Like films, sport etc. I have Sky Plus and other usual modern appliances you would need. Not a massive fan of X Factor or “Rom Coms”, especially those with Kate Hudson, so if you are into these that is fine but please do so in the privacy of your room or while I am out!! Other than that I am relatively flexible.

Including bills, the cost per month is c £615. I am happy to do either all inclusive or bill share
