Our houses are accredited 5 star with Coventry City Council and recognised for their high standard of accommodation. They are located on safe and nice streets within 5 minutes of Earlsdon high street and walking distance of Coventry City Centre and Cov Uni (15 mins), and a 2 min walk to a No. 12 bus-stop for Warwick Uni or 30 sec walk to a No. 1 and 19 bus stop for the City Centre. You'll be sharing with considerate, sociable students/professionals - international and British.

Rent includes water, gas, electricity, broadband, depending on room size. As a general guide, you can expect to pay £80-90 per person per month on top of rooms in Cov offered on 'no bills' basis. Council tax is included in the rates for certain rooms we offer.

Our houses are along Broomfield Road, Ludlow Road and Albany Road in Earlsdon. They are suitable for professionals as well as students of Coventry and Warwick Uni. All houses are about:

- 1-2 min walk to the No 1, 12 and 19 bus stops to Warwick Uni and Cov City Centre

- less than 30 seconds to the nearest convenience store

- 15 min walk to Coventry City Centre, Cov Uni and Cov railway station

- 5-10 min to Earlsdon High Street
