The house is nice also clean,in a nice area near to the hospital and just 15 mins walk into Durham City.
We usually have students as tenants but none students are welcome but no DSS .
We have some parking and also have a bike shed and some bikes.
Framwellgate moor is what the ad says but the house is along the road at Whitesmocks at the hospital side. I have double and single rooms in the house. Council tax is extra for none students.

There is a shower a bath and a toilet in the main bathroom.
There is a shower in one of the double bedrooms.In total there are three toilets at the property.
