2 nice, double size rooms [£300] and 1 twin bedded with private sitting room [£400], in a large friendly house in small village with buses to Bishop Auckland a small market town [ walking distance 10mins] with good transport/road links to Durham, Darlington, Newcastle etc. Station and rail connections also. I have animals who are very friendly, so must like animals. Residents lounge/diner with terrestial tv. internet into house but will need wireless connector, you will have full use of kitchen/utility and the equipment. The rooms are comfortably furnished. [bedding supplied] No smoking inside/drugs. suit professional or maturer student. I am a retired professional.[social work] I live on site but in my own part of the house. There is a large garden for you to enjoy and there is plenty of parking next to the house.The market town of Bishop Auckland does offer night life, especially at the weekends. there are the usual range of shops & supermarkets, a gym and a rugby club in the area. Adjacent to beautiful countryside, if you enjoy outside pursuits. use of broadband is £3per month, per person.If working there will be a minimum charge for council tax [£25 pm divided between those in employment in the house]- from the council, not myself.
