I have 2 X Double Bedrooms to rent in my house in Crossgates; very close to the town of Dunfermline, Queen Margaret Hospital, Carnegie College, 24hr Asda, Duloch Park & Amazon!; The village is close to the major motorway network for Fife, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen, Inverness or South to England. There is a bus stop close by. Car parking is via the street.
The area is very quiet which I think is a plus!!!!!!
Facilities: the main bathroom is shared but adjacent to your room; with a separate tropical shower and deep big bath. There is a separate downstairs bathroom aswell!
There is wireless broadband throughout the house, freeview tv & DVD in each room or freesat tv downstairs in the living room. All mod cons are in the house eg washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer etc. There is a nice back garden outside with a separate summer house games room which could be used aswell.
Ideally I am looking for someone who is honest, reliable, trustworthy etc. I am the same and expect the same back! I am easy to get on with and quite a sociable person lol. Any questions please get in touch, thanks.
