This room has a very large bay window with a lovely window seat and oval table overlooking the garden on the ground floor.There's a king sized bed , a sofabed, and a wardrobe and chest of drawers.There's also a very large kitchen/living room which also has a sofa in it and a door leading to the garden . The central heating is gas. The bathroom is shared with only one other bedroom.(The other 2 rooms in the house have their own ensuite bathrooms.) I would prefer non smoking tenants who are sociable,tidy and respectful of others and actually enjoy sharing and dont just do it to save money- the deposit is one months rent.The total rent ( inclusive of broadband and council tax and fuel (fuel included in rent up to £20 per calendar month - any extra has to be settled from the deposit on departure) would be approximately £395 per calendar month. You have no financial responsabilities for other tenants and theres no minimum lease. The house is 5 minutes walk from the centre of town - very handy particularly for Abertay university. The current tenants are wonderful!
