Hi there,
My flatmate is moving out after 3 years of living in the flat and I am looking for a friendly young professional to replace her. She is moving out at the end of October but the date of moving in can be discussed as she may move out earlier.
The room is a fully furnished bright spacious double room with a large build-in wardrobe. The flat is situated near Baxter Park and is only a 15 minute walk to the city centre. There are a few nice parks on the doorstep as well as some convenient shops such as supermarket, newsagents, banks etc.
The rent per month is £280 plus council tax and bills.
