Large double room available in a large, modernised, fully furnished, victorian terraced house in the West End (just off Roseangle).
The house has a huge furnished living room and fully fitted kitchen and dining room with a small garden. There are 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms/shower and small toilet on the ground floor. The house is on 3 levels so all the bedrooms are spread out and not on top of each other. You would be sharing with 4 other great people (2 girls/2 guys). Everyone works, not students. Council tax is only £40 per month as split between 5 people.
