I have a double room to let in my home, 15 mins drive to Basingstoke, 25 mins to Winchester, 45 mins to London Waterloo from Basingstoke.
The cottage has great countryside views, gardens, storage/workshop/double garage, external office and ample parking. As such I am flexible to terms of use, rent options and will consider your individual requirements including providing broadband and other facilities if required.
Ideally I would like a tenant from Monday to Friday but would consider a full time let. I am looking for a tidy, clean, sensible, quiet individual. For the right person, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
