We have a double room for rent, in an all female friendly house.
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in walking distance to the city centre. There is a little shop on the corner and a park across the road which leads on to nice scenery and the canal.
Over the road in neath hill is more shops, pub, car garage and take-aways. We are also walking distance to campbell park which is great for summer and all the festivals they hold.
The house share currently is 3 professional females. Sarah, Alex & Vasiliki. Alex 27 is a Personal Trainer, Vasiliki 23 is a Translator and Sarah 30 runs her own Holistic Business.
We are all very friendly and laid back, and respectful of each other, looking for someone of the same qualities to share the house with us.
We like to socialise together, normally to the gym, dinner and a movie. We also enjoy our own space too, its a nice healthy balance in the house.
The house is kept very tidy and clean, and we enjoy a homely, relaxing atmosphere. We like to make everybody feel welcome. We like to keep a very happy house:)
We are interested in health and fitness and often enjoy running and other forms of activity. We like going to the movies, occasional shopping, spending time outside and going to gigs.
We have Freeview and Wireless Broadband.
The room available consists of a double bed, wardrobes, a bedside table and chest of draws. TV ariel point for freeview also installed.
We are looking for a new house mate for around 30th June. We would prefer a female tenant. Please contact us as we would love to meet you and show you around our home.
