We are looking for a graduate / professional to share a fantastic fun house with very nice housemates. The house is situated on Woodhouse Rd (about 5 minutes walk to the hospital and 15 into town). Double available at £320 per month (Bills and cleaner included). We have three houses, and current tenants are engineers, surveyors, OTs, Teachers, Designers, Managers and professionals and are in their 20s. All houses have broadband and two have cable.
