It's less than 10 minutes to the Derby ring road and also convenient for Loughborough, Long Eaton, Nottingham, the motorway and of course the airport. There are regular bus services to the airport and surrounding towns. There's a new conservatory and nice garden, laundry, excellent new kitchen (luxury finish in french travertine stone), dishwasher, 2 bathrooms - both have good showers. The rent includes all the bills, broadband and Sky. The house is finished to a high standard and is contemporary/minimalist and comfortable. It's a well kept, peaceful and tidy space to relax.
